Group Company Held the Work Summary Conference in the First Half of 2019

        At 4:00 p.m. on April 13th , the group company held a grand work summary conference in the first half of 2019 at the banquet hall on the fourth floor of Oriental International Trade Building. At the conference, Chairman Liu Guomin made an important speech, General Manager recommended Hui made a summary report of the work in the first half of the year and put forward requirements for the key work in the second half of the year, and the heads of 7 units took a stand and made statements.

    In his speech, the Chairman fully affirmed the achievements of the group company in the first half of the year. He said that this year’s economic situation was still relatively complex. Under the background of industrial restructuring, trade friction and increasing environmental protection, the group company has worked together, earnestly implemented the spirit of the mobilization conference at the beginning of the year, carried out the annual theme of "keeping forging ahead and innovatingn" in accordance with the general tone of "strengthening the main business, optimizing services and preventing risks", and went ahead steadily and surely, which has promoted the healthy and steady development of the company, and made various work achieve new progress.

    The Chairman pointed out that while affirming the achievements, we must be clear that we are still a long way from the completion of the annual task objectives, there are still some areas needing further improvement and improvement, and some problems should be paid great attention to. First, the ideological awareness of some cadres and employees is stagnant; second, the competitiveness of some business sectors is not strong; third, there is still a lack of awareness and practice of enterprising innovation; fourth, the awareness of customer service is not in place. The purpose of pointing out the above problems is to arouse everyone’s vigilance, let everyone better understand the current work situation, know the bottleneck of the work, clarify the direction of the next improvement, and achieve a targeted goal. In the meantime, everyone is expected to rationally treat the problems and difficulties in the work, work harder, break through the bottleneck, remove the obstacles for team building and enterprise development, and win a broader space.

    The Chairman stressed that the external situation in the second half of the year is still severe, which is both a test and an opportunity. We should firmly adhere to the goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, spare no effort to tackle difficulties and make solid progress. We should continue to focus on improving quality and efficiency, identify problems, solve problems, and devote ourselves into work with a high attitude and full of energy. First, we should stick to our goals; second, we should implement our responsibilities without slackening; third, we should make scientific arrangements without omission; fourth, we should strictly assess without neglect. In the process of promoting the completion of the task, all units should further implement the theme of " the year of keeping forging ahead and innovating ", further improve their cognition, deepen their practice, make full use of internal and external resources and advantages, innovate their business ideas, expand their business channels, deepen their business operations and expand them to the wide range; and continue to maintain the sustainable development of the group.

In the report, General Manager Jianhui comprehensively summarized the work of the group company in the first half of the year. He said that in the first half of the year, all units conscientiously implemented the spirit of the mobilization conference held at the beginning of the year by the group company, focused on the center of "improving efficiency", kept foothold in the general tone of "strengthening the main business, optimizing services and preventing risks", and used the theme of "the year of keeping forging ahead and innovating ", to actively innovate and struggle for success. In the first half of this year, we have made some achievements in various work indicators, and some units have made good progress in time sequence.

The General Manager pointed out that in the first half of the year, some units completed the target tasks assigned by the group at the beginning of the year in a chronological manner. But we were also aware that there were still some problems and deficiencies in our work, which were mainly manifested in: first, some units of the group were far from the target tasks assigned at the beginning of the year; second, some units were unable to perform their own post responsibilities well, and did not act according to the company’s rules and regulations with the problem of managerial slack; third, the development of various sectors of the group company was not balanced, and some companies were not developing well. In response to these problems and deficiencies, we must seriously overcome and solve them in the work during the second half of the year.

The General Manager stressed that in the second half of the year, on the basis of summarizing the previous work, we should carefully analyze the existing problems, take "enterprising innovation" as the guidance, constantly develop new ideas, take new measures, and strive to open an innovative situation, so as to ensure the successful completion of the annual work objectives and tasks. He said that first, we should strengthen project management and improve project quality; second, we should increase marketing efforts and optimize service level; third, we should strictly follow the financial management system and strengthen financial supervision; fourth, we should strengthen team building and improve the overall quality of employees. In the second half of the year, the work time is tight and the task is heavy. All units should make a detailed work plan for the second half of the year in accordance with the specific requirements of the letter of responsibility for business objectives signed at the mobilization meeting at the beginning of the year and the work currently completed. Although we are still faced with many difficulties and challenges, as long as we can unite wholeheartedly, fight tenaciously, dare to take responsibility and work together, we will surely overcome all kinds of difficulties and create new achievements and brilliance!
