OrientGroup's main business is real estate, adhering to the business philosophy of “Winning with quality and creating high-quality products”, carefully shaping the 'Eastern brand' in the regional real estate industry. The developed property projects include Oriental Garden, Rhine Ming Jun, Oriental Emperor City, and Oriental County, among others. Among them, Oriental Garden is a key project of the Pizhou municipal government in 2002, and it remains one of the high-quality ecological garden residences in Pizhou to this day. In 2017, it was recognized as a provincial exemplary community in Jiangsu Province, with a total area of approximately 110 acres and a planned construction area of about 120,000 square meters, making it a pure garden villa community. The Rhine Ming Jun project occupies the geographical advantage of Xinyi city, with a total area of approximately 200 acres and a construction area of 150,000 square meters. Oriental Emperor City is a key project of the Pizhou Municipal Government in 2008 and was recognized as a provincial excellent demonstration community in Jiangsu Province in 2017. The Oriental Emperor City project covers a total area of approximately 675 acres, with a construction area of 700,000 square meters, featuring a pure Mediterranean style. It is developed in five phases, mainly consisting of multi-layer retreat-style villas, single-family, double-family, row houses, stacked villas, and small high-rise properties. Oriental International Trade is an urban commercial complex project with a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters, consisting of 23 floors. It integrates financial services, star-rated hotels, modern offices, and commercial services into one commercial complex. The Oriental County project represents the fourth generation of residential models in Pizhou, located on the east side of Jiufeng Garden on Jiangdong Road in Pizhou City. It covers a total area of approximately 365 acres, with a construction area of about 600,000 square meters, featuring a new modern Chinese architectural style. Among these, Oriental Garden, Rhine Mingjun, and Oriental Emperor City community have been awarded titles such as 'Happy Home of Xuzhou City', 'Jiangsu Provincial Garden-style Residential Area', and 'Provincial Excellent Residential Community in Urban Property Management' by provincial and municipal authorities.

The construction company Yongcheng Construction, under the group, focuses primarily on housing construction projects. It is a large-scale construction enterprise that integrates various engineering contracting capabilities, including architectural design, decoration and renovation engineering, municipal engineering, steel structure engineering, and electromechanical engineering, with a national first-class qualification for general contracting of construction project. Currently, strategic partnerships have formed with China State Construction Sixth Engineering Division, China 22nd Metallurgical Group, China Railway 20th Bureau, China Coal Group Third Construction, and Datang Group. The business footprint has expanded to Nanjing, Xi'an, Beijing, Hefei, Chongqing, Suzhou, among others, with an annual output value exceeding 1.2 billion yuan. The company has successively obtained awards such as 'Standardized Star Construction Site' in Jiangsu Province, 'Outstanding Enterprise' in Xuzhou City's construction industry, 'Quality Engineering Award', 'Gupeng Cup', 'QC Group Activity Achievement Award', and 'Civilized Construction Site', gaining recognition from government authorities and unanimous praise from customers.

The eco-agriculture sector of the group, Jiangsu Meilian Bilin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., was established in March 2018. It is a modern enterprise focused on the industrialization of natural organic agriculture, adhering to long-termism to lead rural revitalization and assist in the prosperity of industries. Currently, nearly 3,000 acres of cultivation area have been completed, achieving fruiting within three years of cultivation, with production doubling annually, and the organic linkage between primary and secondary industries has been initiated and completed. The expected harvest of fresh fruits in 2024 is about 100,000 Jin. The company adheres to the development philosophy of "natural, safe, and nutritious," follows the modern agricultural development approach of "organic, cyclical, and intensive," and collaborates with the American Pecan Association, focusing on the industrialization of pecans (American hickory nuts), aiming to create the largest pecan industry community in China.

Pizhou Dongfang Port Co., Ltd. is located on the west side of Xutang Power Plant in the Pizhou Economic Development Zone, began investment and construction in 2008, and started operations in 2011. Currently, it has bulk cargo and container operation areas, 4 berths with a thousand-ton capacity, and the port business includes coal loading and unloading as well as container loading and unloading, with a designed annual throughput of 2 million tons, and 2 container berths. Currently, it mainly serves water transport coal for Xutang Power Plant.

OrientGroup's international trade sector has four trading companies, registered in Pizhou, Nanjing, and Rizhao Lanshan, primarily engaged in the export of building materials and the import of logs and boards. The export and import products involve dozens of countries and regions in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Jiangsu Dongfang Huayuan Shipping Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, primarily as a shipping company that integrates coastal and lower reaches of the Yangtze River cargo, domestic trade, and ship cargo agency. The company fully owns domestic bulk carriers: Dongfang 06 (8600 tons), Dongfang 08 (41200 tons), and Dongfang 508 (52500 tons). Since its establishment, the company has established a scientific and sound safety management system in accordance with domestic maritime regulations and has developed good business cooperation with several medium and large enterprises, becoming an important force in domestic coastal and lower reaches of the Yangtze River shipping.

Pizhou Jiayuan Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in August 2003. It is a private joint-stock enterprise specialized in property services and related supporting businesses. Currently, it manages four projects: Dongfang Huayuan, Oriental Emperor City, Oriental County, and Dongfang Guomao in Pizhou City. In 2009, it joined the China Property Management Association and is a well-established and influential property management enterprise in the region. After years of development, the company now has more than 130 employees, among which there are over 40 senior professionals and various technical personnel with higher education degrees, serving more than 1 million square meters of residential communities, high-end villas, and other property types.
