At 16:00 p.m. on August 26, the 3rd Trade Union Conference of Xuzhou Oriental Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. was held in the banquet hall on the 3rd floor of the Pizhou Gold Coast Hotel. Donghu Street Organizing Committee Tang Hua, Donghu Street Trade Union Director Tian Li, and Oriental Group Trade Union Chairman Liu Qiang attended the meeting.

Accompanied by the solemn sound of the national anthem, the conference officially opened. First, Comrade Liu Qiang, chairman of the group's trade union, made a report on trade union preparations. Second, the second item on the agenda of the General Assembly is a general election. The general election strictly complies with the relevant provisions of the “Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China” and the “Constitution of the Trade Union of China”. Elections are carried out by margin, with a difference of 1 member of the trade union membership. Following a secret ballot at the conference, Liu Qiang, Li Pingping, Sha Haibin, Sun Yuhuan, and Shihe were elected to form the 3rd Trade Union Committee of Xuzhou Oriental Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.; three members, Sha Haibin, Wang Baijun, and Liu Su, were elected to form the 3rd Xuzhou Oriental Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. Trade Union Financial Review Committee; female members elected Sun Yuhuan, Guo Jing, and Yang Dan to form the 3rd Xuzhou Oriental Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. Trade Union Women Committee.

The first plenary session of the 3rd Trade Union Committee of Xuzhou Oriental Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. elected Liu Qiang as the trade union chairman, Li Pingping as the trade union vice-chairman, Sha Haibin as the director of the economic review committee, and Sun Yuhuan as the head of the female workers committee.

In the speech delivered by the newly elected chairman, Chairman Liu Qiang pointed out that the new term of the trade union committee needs to focus on the following aspects. Firstly, it is important to fully recognize the significance of doing a good job in the trade union work under the new situation. The focus should be on building stable and harmonious labor relations, further realizing, safeguarding, and developing the immediate interests of enterprise employees, and maintaining the unity and stability of the employees. Secondly, it is necessary to closely center around the core work of the group company and achieve innovation and development in the trade union work of the group company. Take practical actions to enhance employees' sense of responsibility and mission, be good at discovering, cultivating, and establishing advanced work models, and motivate employees to gather strength and wisdom to promote the company's development in a good and fast manner. Thirdly, it is crucial to actively create a harmonious and stable working environment and development environment within the company, actively carry out warm-hearted activities, provide spiritual encouragement and substantial support, and strive to help employees solve practical difficulties. Chairman Liu Qiang stated that the new term of the trade union committee will strengthen its own construction with a sense of "time waits for no one", exercise the working philosophy of "people-oriented" to fulfill the responsibilities and rights of the trade union, and serve the overall development with a spirit of "seizing the day and night".
