Spring is full of spring in March. In order to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th and express the company's care and greetings to female workers, the trade union of the group organized and carried out the March 8th Women's Day outing in the countryside at Midland Bilin Agricultural Company. Liu Qiang, chairman of the trade union, Geng Xianchun, manager of  Meilian Bilin Agricultural Company, and Peng Fuming, deputy manager attended the event.

On the afternoon of the same day, the female employees took an orderly bus to Meilian Bilin Agricultural Company under the organization of the activity leader. Manager Geng of the company introduced the present situation and development plan of the company in detail. The staff showed the visitors around the orchard and gave them a pruning explanation. During free time, everyone dug shepherd's purse in the orchard while feeling the breath of spring and embracing the long-lost nature. Everyone fights for each other, with full enthusiasm in the whole afternoon of harvest.

This outing in the countryside not only enriches the spare time life of female employees, but also gives them a chance to relax, get close to nature and adjust their body and mind. At the same time, it also deepens the understanding among colleagues and enhances their feelings. At the end of the activity, the female workers expressed that they should devote themselves wholeheartedly to their future work with a fuller mental state.
