On the afternoon of May 23, a delegation led by General Manager Liu from Shandong Zhongjian Xinchuan Agricultural Company visited for an inspection and exchange. They were warmly received by Group General Manager Liu Lei. The purpose of this visit was to discuss cooperation on the Zero-Carbon, Zero-Pollution Intelligent Factory Farming Project in Shuangwangcheng, Shouguang City.

After touring the company’s corporate culture exhibition hall, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of the Oriental Emperor City Phase V residential project and the Mingde High School construction project. They then traveled to Xinhe Town for a field inspection of the group’s subsidiary, Meilian Bilin Agricultural Company. In the orchard, the delegation received a comprehensive briefing from the staff and had in-depth discussions with the Group’s Chairman. The Chairman highlighted that the agricultural company, established over seven years ago, had successfully introduced and planted pecan trees in 2017, following extensive overseas research and scientific validation of planting techniques. Today, the company cultivates over 3,000 mu, yielding more than 100,000 jin annually. Looking forward, the group plans to increase investment, expand production lines, and promote pecan varieties and planting techniques nationwide, leveraging the inherent advantages of Pi County’s nut roasting industry.

After visiting the orchard, the delegation toured the group’s completed projects, including the port terminal, the non-crystalline industrial park in the development zone, and the corporate service center. The visit concluded with a discussion in the tenth-floor conference room of the group’s headquarters.

During the meeting, General Manager Liu of Zhongjian Xinchuan Company expressed his high regard for the overall operations and on-site management of Orient Group and Yongcheng Construction Group. He noted that the visit was highly informative and fruitful. Liu introduced Shandong Zhongjian Company and its parent company, Shandong Yunong Company, which rely on research resources from the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and universities. These companies are key players in the province’s agricultural sector, focusing on development and rural revitalization. Liu highlighted the Shuangwangcheng fishery and solar complementary project as a significant initiative supported by both national and local governments. The project aims to develop photovoltaic power generation by utilizing the area’s aquaculture advantages, following an innovative “water surface power generation, underwater aquaculture” model. This aligns with the national call for green fishery development and meets the requirements of Shandong Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan” for agricultural modernization. Liu emphasized the project’s promising market prospects and favorable development conditions, asserting that it perfectly meets the economic and social development plans of China and Shandong Province. He concluded that Yongcheng Construction Group is an ideal partner for further cooperation.

In response, Group General Manager Liu Lei shared that in the past four years, Yongcheng Construction Group has continuously improved and developed through strategic positioning, structural optimization, modular management, and software support. These efforts have enhanced the company’s quality, efficiency, and transition, extending its reach beyond Pizhou and Jiangsu Province. The group has received multiple commendations from government and other clients. Liu Lei stressed that an enterprise’s sustained recognition in the market relies on client satisfaction rather than awards or projects. For Yongcheng Construction Group, long-term development in the construction sector hinges on positive client feedback. Regarding the Shuangwangcheng fishery and solar complementary project, Liu Lei mentioned that although their collaboration focuses on steel structure engineering, it serves as an opportunity for mutual understanding. Additionally, steel structure construction is a specialized area for Yongcheng Construction Group, ensuring high-quality service for the client. Liu Lei emphasized that Shandong Zhongjian Xinchuan Agricultural Company, a state-owned enterprise directly under the Shandong SASAC, is a highly professional and well-operated agricultural platform with great potential for future cooperation. He sees significant opportunities for collaboration between the two companies.

Attending the meeting were Wang Jibai, Shen Qiang, and Liu Jianing. Zhang Chuanzhou, Li Li, and Gu Yin accompanied the project inspection, while Hou Chunlei hosted the pecan agricultural company visit.
