On the afternoon of October 23, Ms. Lai Guofen, Executive Vice President of WHA Group, and Mr. Zhao Di, General Manager of WHA Group's China division, visited OrientGroup for a two-day inspection. This visit aimed to strengthen communication between the two companies and explore new cooperation opportunities. The delegation first visited the corporate culture exhibition hall at OrientGroup's headquarters to gain a preliminary understanding of the group's overall business structure and conducted an inspection of the Oriental International Trade Building. Subsequently, the delegation went to the Phase Five project of Oriental Emperor City, where they received a comprehensive report from the staff on OrientGroup's residential construction and property management. They learned in detail about the project's planning layout, architectural design, landscaping, and supporting facilities. In the following itinerary, the delegation also visited and inspected various sectors and projects under the group, including the Oriental Port Terminal, Amorphous Industrial Park in the development zone, Golden Coast Hotel, Mingde High School, and Meilian Bilin Agricultural Company.

After the first day of the inspection tour, the senior executives of both companies held in-depth discussions at the headquarters of OrientGroup. During the meeting, both sides provided detailed introductions regarding their corporate development history, business areas, market layout, and future plans. Mr. Lai expressed her profound feelings after visiting various projects of OrientGroup during the exchange meeting.
