In an effort to foster dedication within the industry, enhance property service skills, and further improve the level of property service and management, the Second Pizhou City Property Management Skills Competition officially commenced on May 21. This event was co-hosted by the Organization Department of the CPC Pizhou Municipal Committee, the Pizhou Federation of Trade Unions, the Pizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Pizhou Housing Service Center.

Jiayuan Property achieved remarkable success in this competition, securing the group second prize and the outstanding organization award. The contestants from Jiayuan Property demonstrated excellent skills and a commendable spirit, embodying the positive and united ethos of Orient staff.
