On the morning of December 21, the Zhangzhou Property Management Industry Association and the first member meeting were held in the conference room on the third floor of Sunshine Shangcheng. The municipal government office, administrative examination and approval bureau, price bureau, real estate service center, Canal Street Office and Donghu Street were held. Nearly 100 people from the relevant leaders of the office and housing management departments and representatives of various member units and well-known real estate development enterprises attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed and approved the association's articles of association, the association's self-discipline convention, the collection of membership fees and the management methods, and the election method for the first general assembly.

The meeting elected the first council and supervisory committee of the Zhangzhou Property Association, and elected the first leadership of the association. Cheng Fangdong, manager of Shengzhou Jiayuan Property Management Services Co., Ltd., was elected as the president of the first association.
