It was the May 27th, 2021, at 3:00 pm that Mr. Tang Xianguo, Director of Legal Affairs Department and Mr. Liu Jianing, Head of Legal Affairs Department of the Group were invited to attend the Seminar of Nanjing Normal University and Pizhou Municipal People's Procuratorate on Service and Protection of Enterprises. The seminar was attended by Qin Ce, professor and doctoral supervisor of Nanjing Normal University Law School and his doctoral students, Liu Sanyang, lecturer of Jiangsu Normal University Law School and doctor of law, Wu Fucai, secretary of case management department of Xuzhou Procuratorate, Ming Guangchao, procurator general of Pizhou City Procuratorate and members of the leadership team, and representatives of well recognized enterprises in Pizhou City.

The major topic of the seminar referred to the protection of the lawful rights and interests of private enterprises and the maintenance of a fair and just business environment. Professor Qin Ce expressed his own opinion about some typical cases of foreign enterprises by adhering to the principle of equal and comprehensive protection from achieving better performance on the maintenance of economic order and the reduction of public threats. Secretary Wu of the Case Management Department of Xuzhou Procuratorate showed a firm and strong attitude in suggesting to lend a hand to enterprises that have the responsibility and competence to revitalize the township from a people-oriented perspective, and provide guidance and conducts for them to operate in compliance.

The seminar also addressed the protection and love for private enterprises in the 14th Five-Year Plan of China.
